i thought you meant a flash on the camera then for a second!

the rumours for iphone 2.2 are that its going to enable street view in google maps, location sharing, japanese chat icons, direct podcast downloads and a couple of other things... Flash, copy and paste and MMS still aren't getting a mention.

We're still waiting for push notifications for 3rd party apps and they were promised in september, so i'm thinking it could be a long old wait til we see flash on it..
