Hands free for i8510

Bluetooth for Samsung i8510 utter pain!!!! Have just bought a bluetooth hands free tha plugs into cigarette lighter, phone finds it but cant connect, anybody any ideas please. Must need some other settings?

Hi Zog,

Samsung phones can be a bit tricky to set up with bluetooth, when you paired it to your phone and entered the PIN number for it, did it ask if you wanted to allow the connection? Normally with Samsung phones you will need to "Authorise" the device to connect to it. If you go to your Bluetooth settings, look at the paired devices, and then press options on your car kit, you should see an option to authorise, or allow connections automatically.

Hi Andy, thanks for the info, I got another Bluetooth hands free, a Jabra which connects ok,
