The Challenge

To deliver excellence in resolving customer service issues, together with appropriate sales focus. To resolve queries in a timely and effective manner and ensure company promise and deadlines are met and achievement of personal targets

•Resolving customer service issues by adopting the right first time solution
•Focusing on individual customer needs, requirements and building a rapport whilst, maintaining a professional approach
•Maintain and develop good communication within the team to improve efficiency of the department
• Taking full responsibility for personal targets whilst remaining focused on departmental targets and objectives

The Basics

You will have a minimum of 6 GCSE grades A-C including Math’s and English (or equivalent)

* 1+ years of customer service experience.
* Experience of working to targets
* Excellent attendance and punctuality
* Knowledge of mobile phones technology
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* High energy and passion for going above and beyond.
* Computer literate – Microsoft Packages
