The Opportunity

The Challenge


This is an office based, telesales role, based in a very lively, open plan office environment. The role requires a tenacious, articulate and money motivated individual, with proven success in business to business telephone sales. You'll be required to develop a portfolio of accounts through 100% new business development as well as re-establish sales activity in any existing dormant accounts.

• Identify opportunities within industry sectors for new accounts that offer sustained sales growth
• Adopt a proactive approach to existing accounts in order to introduce relevant solutions from the portfolio of mobile Phone Accessories
• Achieve monthly new account and sales targets while ensuring we compete on range
• Create and deliver accurate and timely reporting to ensure robust decision making and full visibility to management

The Basics


• Educated to ‘A’ level standard to include Math’s and English at GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent)
• Good sales and new business development experience
• Knowledge of mobile phone technology
• Good negotiation & communication skills – verbally & written
• Results focused in sales environment
• Able to grow and nurture strong relationships with clients
• Superb organisational & time management skills
• Lateral thinker – can think outside the box
• Computer literate – Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word)

Salary £13-15k basic +​ Commission (£20K ote)
