The Rules

1. Do not use insulting, threatening or provoking language, this includes not swearing, using hate-speech or making obscene and vulgar comments.

2. Do not incite 'flaming' on the basis of race, religion, politics, gender, nationality, beliefs or sexuality - or any other personal characteristic.

3. Do not break the law. This includes libel, condoning illegal activity and contempt of court (i.e. writing anything that might affect the outcome of an approaching court case).

4. Do not link to, mention or refer to, illegal downloads of applications, games, copyrighted images, movies, music or anything else that is being illegally distributed. This includes where to download from, P2P sites, download software etc. 

5. To avoid breaching copyright you must credit the author and publication.

6. Please don't post the same message/comment multiple times or in more than one forum.

7. Advertising in the forum is strictly forbidden. Companies advertising may be invoiced for the appropriate fee for commercial advertising.  No promotion of competitors on the forum or in private messages, examples of which include:

•           Posting links to competitors websites

•           Posting links to other sites that promote competitors.

•           Quoting or offering to quote the names or contact details of potential competitors.

•           Hinting about product availability at competitors

•           Listing competitor’s names, URL's or e-mail addresses in signatures

•           Listing competitor’s names, URL's or e-mail addresses in profile

•           Posting links to or the mentioning of auction sites such as eBay.  

•           Disguising attempts to do any of the above

•           Companies registering user false names to promote their company/services.

8. We reserve the right to delete that user - and if necessary ban them from returning.

9. The forums are not to be used for the posting of existing order or returns queries.

10. We will never allow these forums to be used by those who would seek to blemish the Company, no matter how justified they feel their circumstances are. Posts of an offending nature against Mobile Fun, demeaning the company name, complaints about bad service, etc. will not be tolerated at all
