Igo, need feedback

Anyone use IGO as navigator?
Usually i use TomTom 7, but i found amazing video about Igo, anyone can tell me if is a good product and come with detailed maps of central europe?

I didn't think Tom Tom 7 had been released yet? there's no mention of it on any of their websites?

I've never heard of IGO for navigation.
