Default smart2go German map

I wonder if anyone has used the smart2go German map software available on this site. I have just bought it but cannot work out what you are supposed to do. It comes with 2 CD's and a strange card which looks a bit like a SIM card but with more contacts on it.

What am I supposed to do with this card? I have the Nokia 5800XM

Thanks in advance

Graham

Hi Gee

The card in there is an RS-MMC memory card and is where the navigation data is stored, so you'd need to copy the contents onto your phone or onto a micro SD memory card in order to use it on your phone - having said that, I really don't think it's going to work on the 5800 as it runs a different version of symbian. the software is designed for S60 3rd edition, where as the 5800 runs on S60 5th edition (touch).

As far as I know, the only sat nav available that works 100% on the 5800 is Nokia Maps.

I've arranged for a full refund (product and postage) and you should see this on your card in the next few days.

I've also updated the product page to show that it's not suitable with Nokia touch handsets.

You don't need to return the product to us.

Andy
