3 USB Modem

Thinking of getting ones of these, what are they like and how do they work?

I heard there's a few versions, and apparently the white can be unlocked but the balck can't.

They work on usb to connect to your pc or Laptop. Laptop mainly cos your on the move. It connects to the internet but without wires. The top up version has to be topped up via the net.
