I brought a ring tone for a N70 phone and I am unable to load it due to software unknown file format. Why is this..?

I've passed this on to our technical team to investigate for you, but could do with a bit more information.

Can you please send me a private message with your mobile number and the name of the ringtone that you've downloaded and we can get this sorted for you.
