7100 in car charger

Hi, I am a newbie and need a little bit of advice with a recent purchase of an in car charger for my Nokia 7100.

The MobileFun site shows the Nokia LCH-12 mobile charger as being compatible with the 7100. However, when I recieived it today (absolutely lightning delivery, well done) the Nokia packaging does not list the 7100 amongst the models it is compatible with at the bottom of the package.

Hi Shaun,

It looks as though the compatibility on that page is wrong, the 7100 Supernova uses a newer, 2mm pin charger. The LCH-12 is for very old Nokia handsets that use the larger 3.5mm charging adapter.

I'll get the page updated now, but you'll need to send that one back to us and we;ll send a replacement.

I'll send you a PM now with details on how to return it

OK, I have placed an order for the DC-4 and will package up the LCH-12 and return it for a refund.
Incidentally, would the LCH-12 work with my old 6200?

The return postage label needs a Mobile Fun Returns number on it. Can you please advise me.

Hi Shaun.

there was a link at the end of the message to our online returns form - you'll need to complete that first and you'll then be given a returns number.

And in answer to your question on the 6200, yes, should work fine on that one.
