Predictive Text on Sharp GX15

I have a problem with my GX 15...It has suddenly decided to go onto predictive text,which I can't deal with..Have gone onto the website,downloaded the handbook,but can't find what I''m after..I can't use my phone!!
Apologies for gatecrashing,not sure how this website works!!

Hi Zola,

To turn predictive text on or off on your phone you just need to hold down the # key on your kepyad for a few seconds. It should then say either Multitap or T9 off.

If you get stuck, page 24 should talk you through it:
