Yes, the Black ones are available too, although there is a shortage of them in the UK at the moment.

i900 isn't a Symbian Smartphone, It runs on Windows Mobile Professional 6.1. You should be able to get 3rd party applications for it no problem.

Default Radio headset

I have a Samsung Omnia with sim card.

The package comes complete with stereo headset, but the headset has a mini jack connector. As the phone has no mini jack socket, I wondered if there is an adaptor available?

the handsfree that came in the box with the phone should have been in two parts, one goes into the phone and the other will be a 2.5/3.5mm headphones that will connect into it.

you can use any headphones with it using this adapter.
