Hi CousinVinny

I'm really sorry for the issues you are having. All our phones are bought from offical Distributors of Nokia, Sony Ericsson, HTC etc, and we take something like this very seriously.

Legit phones can accidently be blacklisted, for example when a customer rings to get a phone blacklisted - it just takes one incorrect digit on the IMEI for it to affect a non related phone.

Hopefully someone from our Customer Relations team has been in contact with you, and we can resolve this ASAP.

Thanks for the reply Beaker, I've returned the handset today, and hopefully the problem will be resolved tomorrow.

Cheers.
