Depends how serious you are with your photos, I'd say the 902 is more of a social phone, decent camer for photos on nights out and days away etc, small enough to go in your pocket or bag with out it bothering you.
If you want to do more with your photos like print them out etc, I'd say the C905. the camera is way way better than the 902. In terms of usablility they both have the same menu system on them. Its a bit bigger, but I'd say its worth it |

I went out of my way to get a c905 when they came out, telling myself I needed a better camera than my k800i. Frankly I needn't have bothered, Apart from the c905's lenscover being sightly less easy to open by accident, the quality of the photos is not that much better, imho. My son loves his c902 though... he's taken some fantastic snaps on it.
