Hi Ally,

it could be a couple of things, possibly a profile icon? if you go to settings-> profiles, have a look and see what profile is active. try changing it too to see if that makes a difference.

Is your handset a Vodafone branded one?

Andy

Try typing in *#002#

thats the network code for cancelling diverts.. has been a while since I last used it, so it might not work any more...

which network is your phone on?

Cool, Glad it worked - you will need to set your voicemail up again now, thats the only downside - which network are you on and i'll let you know how to set it up

Hi Dannii, you can turn your diverts off manually if the shortcode didnt work. I'm using a k850 here, but the menu's should be the same:

Goto:

Menu,
settings,
arrow across to calls,
select divert calls,
select voice calls,
there are 4 options then, you need to check each one to find out which has the active divert.

divert always - get status and deactivate if its on (you won't receive any calls if its activated)
when busy - get status and activate if you want callers to go to voicemail if your on the phone
not reachable - get status and activate if you want callers to go to voicemail if your out of signal
no reply - get status and activate if you want callers to go to voicemail if you don't answer

that should clear it, if not, you should see a check all option, choose that and it should tell you which divert has been activated and you'll just need to go to that one and de-activate.

Hope that all makes sense.
