Default Help with Passat

Hi, I have an 08 Passat Blue Motion with a THB Bury car kit and intellimute. However the rear speakers do not work - the fader control is not even available in the menu. I think perhaps the wrong harness adapter has been used but I'm not sure. Any ideas ?

The stereo is the standard OEM fit RCD300.

Thanks

Without knowing which intelli-mute or model THB car kit you have fitted I can't say if it's the right one or not, but according to our suppplier, you should be using an EPK-050 - assuming that its the THB System 8 that you're using.

the stereo in the car isn't a standard ISO stereo, so there is probably a harness adapter to convert from ISO to volkswagen connections fitted to the stereo. if there is, it might just be this part that's incorrect.

If you can let me know what cables you've got fitted, and the exact make of your car kit I should be able to check for you.
